Eric has been marketing, selling, and leasing commercial real estate in the greater Buffalo-Niagara region since 1997. Eric represents tenants, buyers, landlords, and sellers, focusing on industrial, warehouse and manufacturing, flex, office, retail, restaurants, and vacant land properties.

Patricia Collins has been a licensed NYS Real Estate Broker since 1999. Patty has over 30 years of sales experience with the past 20 years in commercial real estate. She specializes in the buying, selling, leasing and marketing of industrial, manufacturing, flex, warehouse and office space.

As a full-service Real Estate Broker she represents tenants, landlords, buyers, and sellers. A former Leasing Manager for Ciminelli Development Company, Ms. Collins has successfully coordinated and closed more than $100 million in sales/lease transactions totaling millions of square feet.

Gerald Kelly brings four decades of results, relationships and expertise to the Tudor Collins team in community and urban development, financing, commercial real estate, multifamily properties, and income property financing.

His career has included serving as executive director of the Greater Buffalo Development Foundation (now called the Buffalo Niagara Partnership); as current president of Gerald Kelly Capital Corp., a licensed commercial mortgage brokerage; as a founding member of Somerset Management Group, LLC, offering comprehensive investment and property management services; and as a leader for Coldwell Banker Commercial Meridian, LLC.
